Members of Premier AC travel teams participate in year-round training programs. This is provided by Premier AC's staff of professional coaches. All players also have the opportunity to participate in both our own Residential and Day camps during the summer as well as Winter Futsal during the months of January and February. Premier AC coaches also participate in ongoing professional development. Premier AC provides a year-round training program that focuses on top-quality instruction from qualified coaches and trainers. Emphasis is on the technical, tactical, physical, and mental components of the game in a positive environment. 

Goalie Training is also held once during the week with another session conducted concurrently with Saturday foot skills training. Please see our Spring/Summer Camps and Training Schedules located under the "Team Training/Camps" tab on the website. Premier AC offers twice-weekly training sessions to all members during the Summer months. Premier AC also holds our own Residential and Day camps during the Summer to provide additional learning opportunities. Premier AC Pre-Travel Soccer Training is designed to prepare young players aged 6-8 for travel soccer. Our professional coaches lead one hour sessions twice per week to help foster foot skills, coordination, body movement, and soccer IQ.
