Coaching Education.
Premier AC will ensure that new coaches are qualified to educate, support and challenge their players. Furthermore, Premier AC will provide a coaching education program, which supports coaches in their quest for excellence, by means of:

Coaching education programs and clinics (Premier AC coaching clinics as well as NSCAA and USSF recognized awards).

Coaching education literature.

Objective evaluation and feedback by its Director of Coaching.

Setting both challenging and achievable goals for all players, through the Premier AC training structure.

Setting both challenging and achievable goals for all coaches, through the Premier AC coach education structure.

Creating a positive learning environment conducive to maximum education and enjoyment.
Premier AC is confident that its “club-centric” developmental training plan, will better address the needs of not only the travel league player, ODP and Regional Premier League players, but also address the needs of the player who aspires to play college, semi-professional and PDL.
Premier AC also has an established referee pool and a USSF certified instructor who will continue with referee certification for new candidates and upgrades for existing referees. Premier AC is committed to improving game field conditions through our “Friends of the Field” relationship with Fairfax County Parks.
