Coaching

The coaching staff is extremely committed to the soccer and social development of the Blue Heat players. They possess over 40 years of soccer coaching (U5 – U16) and playing experience; and hold USSF VYSA coaching licenses.

Lester Calliste professionally trains the Blue Heat and has been coaching for 19 years for ages ranging from U5–U19. He has 3 state titles, experience as High School JV and Varsity coach and is currently the Director of Coaching for Premier Athletic club. He holds a Brazilian Football Association License, NSCAA National Youth License, and has prior playing experience for the National Team of Trinidad and Tobago.

In addition to the excellent coaching staff, the Blue Heat has several parents with soccer coaching and playing experience that are always willing to assist when asked. As a result of the great coaching depth, our children receive a significant amount of individual attention and instruction that many other teams cannot provide.

Weekly Professional Training (Foot Skills and Goalie)

In addition to the Blue Heat coaching staff, the Premier Athletic Club offers additional professionally coached foot skills training every Saturday and goalie training on Tuesday and Thursday. These professional coached

clinics are included in the PAC membership fees and available to all PAC players at no additional costs.

Summer Camp - PAC Residential and Day Camp

The Premier AC Camp is focused on team training. Our curriculum will emphasize on the team aspects of attacking and defending using different systems of play. The role and the functions of positional play in these systems will be broken down in the defensive, middle, and attacking thirds of play.  National and international recognized coaches coach the Summer Camp.  For more information, please click on the attached link >>  http://www.premierac.org/Camps_and_Clinics/index_E.html

9 Players from the Blue Heat attended this camp in 2010.  The players all leaned a lot and had a very good time!!
